MOSCOW, Oct 24 (PRIME) -- Inflation of 3% is unusually low for Russia and causes expert concerns, CEO of VTB bank Andrei Kostin said at a forum on Tuesday.
“We are talking about an inflation rate of 3%, and we can see concerns about too fast a slowdown of inflation… It is absolutely uncommon for Russia’s economy,” he said.
Kostin added that Russia seems to have weathered recession and turned to economic growth, which needs to be fostered.
